Oops! Forgot the pictures.

Hope this will work. My first time adding photos:)

It's taken forever to upload the images!

Patrick has left for his mission.

I'll attach a few pictures of Patrick just as he left this morning. He'll be picked up at the airport by Marc and Jon and off shopping they will go:) For his mission clothes that is.

We had a great time with Newel, Nicole, Dawson and Suzie for our Christmas dinner. For the first time since we've moved to Calgary 25 years ago. We actually had extra relatives at our table other than our immediately family. It was a thrill:) Thanks for sharing our Christmas!

Pre-Christmas.

I'm so excited as of 5:00 p.m. today, I am officially done with my Christmas shopping:) A few hours of wrapping and I'll have the rest of the week to clean house. YEA!!! Seriously, Christmas is right around the corner:)
It will be different this year for Christmas, celebrating it with one of Tom's brother's family (Newel, Nicole, Susannah and Dawson). It's neat to have a sibling right here in Alberta.
Now could someone remind me how to post pictures. PLEASE!!!! and thank you.

Patrick's farewell party

The entire day was filled with seeing old and new friends. At church Patrick spoke about exactness to the law of obedience. He shared excellent thoughts. I need to ask him for a copy of his talk. The reality of his leaving is really setting in. We had a great time with his gir and guy friends dropping in and a few choiced adults.
Where were all of our digitial cameras?! As they say company is what's important:) and of course, just to spice up things a little bit of food and punch.
There, for my sons I've remembered to add to my blogspot. Thanks for the nudge Ryan and Jon. xoxo

My first post

Hi Everyone! I have joined the rest of the family in blogging. We now know that Ryan and Tiffany are having a girl:) That's exciting news for the entire family. Although, I must admit at this stage of grandparenting. I must say each and everyone is so precious. I love them all equally - grandson or granddaughter.
